(hereinafter "Tomizawa Shouten "), a 106-year-old company that is one of Japan's largest sellers of confectionery and baking ingredients and equipment, has partnered with IT consulting firm Jarminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Jarminal") to build a knowledge sharing system that utilizes Microsoft 365's standard functions and generative AI. This initiative utilizes existing Microsoft 365 licenses (E3/E5) and minimal Azure Open AI, and was built without the need for new SaaS contracts or large-scale system implementation. This is a highly reproducible example of DX that has eliminated the information gap between stores and headquarters, improved business efficiency, and accelerated human resource development
