Tomizawa Shouten Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tomizawa Shouten ), which was founded 106 years ago, selling Japan's largest confectionery and bakery ingredients and equipment, has partnered with Jarminal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jarminal), an IT consulting company, to build a knowledge sharing system that utilizes Microsoft 365's standard functions and generation AI. This initiative was built using Microsoft 365's existing license (E3/E5) and minimal Azure Open AI, without any new SaaS contracts or large-scale system implementation. This is a highly reproducible DX case that has been achieved by eliminating information gaps between stores and head offices, improving operational efficiency, and speeding up human resource development.
