Tomizawa Shouten Co., Ltd., one of Japan's largest specialty stores for confectionery and baking ingredients and equipment, has been in business for 106 years and is collaborating with the consumer cooperative Coop Kagawa to begin selling its products in Coop Shido (Sanuki City, Kagawa Prefecture) from Friday, April 25, 2025. This marks the first time in the country that Tomizawa Shouten will be permanently selling its products in a consumer cooperative supermarket. This expansion will feature approximately 200 items, primarily confectionery and baking ingredients, proposing the "joy of handmade" as part of everyday shopping.
