Tomizawa Shouten , one of Japan's largest specialty confectionery and bakery ingredients and equipment, has been in business for 106 years, and will begin developing products in Coop Shido (Sanuki City, Kagawa Prefecture) from Friday, April 25th, 2025. This is the first time in the country that Tomizawa Shouten will develop products permanently in a supermarket affiliated with the Co-op. In this development, we have approximately 200 items, mainly confectionery bread ingredients, and we will propose the "fun of making your own handmade items" during your daily shopping. We will also consider expanding the number of eligible stores depending on future sales situations.
