Tomizawa Shouten will open "TOMIZAWA STUDIO FUKUOKA" in Fukuoka on May 1, 2026, as a cooking school following its Jiyugaoka location

Shouten , Japan's largest specialty store for confectionery and bread-making ingredients and equipment, which will celebrate its 107th anniversary on April 1, 2026, will open
its first cooking school in the Kyushu area, "TOMIZAWA STUDIO FUKUOKA" (hereinafter referred to as "Fukuoka Studio"), on Friday, May 1, 2026, inside CAITAC SQUARE GARDEN in Keigo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City.

This studio is opening as a cooking school following the Jiyugaoka studio in Tokyo, and the instructors, who have gained experience in patisseries, boulangeries, and other culinary settings, will be in charge of the lessons.
Shouten extensive lineup of ingredients and seasonings used in cooking, as well as confectionery and bread making, the classes will allow students to learn a wide range of handmade skills, from sweets and bread to dishes, using authentic ingredients and tools.

In our lessons, professional staff handle tasks such as measuring ingredients and cleaning up, creating an environment where participants can concentrate on the cooking process.
This cooking class offers a high-quality experience of learning to create delicious, handmade dishes in a spacious and comfortable setting.
