Tomizawa Shouten Co., Ltd., one of Japan's largest specialty stores for confectionery and bread-making ingredients and equipment, founded 106 years ago, has collaborated with JA Zen-Noh and Zen-Noh Pearl Rice Co., Ltd. to develop original milled rice flour optimized for confectionery and bread-making. The variety used in this development, "Emitawawa," can be cultivated stably in areas west of the Kanto region, ensuring stable supply and supporting domestic rice and producers. In order to expand nationwide, the company is collaborating with JA Zen-Noh's product brand, "Nippon Yell," with the aim of expanding rice flour consumption.

This product will be available for purchase from Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Tomizawa Shouten directly managed stores nationwide and the official Tomizawa Shouten online shop.
