Tomizawa Shouten 's e-commerce division will be speaking at a conference focused on AI utilization, participating in a joint session with awoo Inc.
In this session,
"Thinking with Tomizawa Shouten e-commerce experiences that move the heart through recipes
: Creating a marketplace that transforms 'searching' into 'wanting to create' with
AI," we will introduce the concepts and practical examples of AI utilization in e-commerce.
In recent years, the use of AI has attracted attention, mainly in the field of improving operational efficiency. However,
in e-commerce, we believe that it goes beyond that and
to create an environment where customers can easily find products and discover new products and information, thereby
increasing their purchasing intent and the value of their experience.
In this session, we will use our e-commerce site, which offers approximately 10,000 SKUs mainly focused on confectionery and baking ingredients, as a case study
discuss the challenges on recipe pages, the background behind the introduction of AI, the points we emphasized during the design phase, and
the changes we have seen since its implementation.
