[Seminar Report] Supporting future pastry chefs and cafe creators! Career seminar held at Yokohama Sweets & Cafe College

In October 2025, Tomizawa Shouten held a career seminar at Yokohama Sweets & Cafe College for students aspiring to work in the confectionery and bread-making industry.
The theme was " Today's choices determine tomorrow's capabilities ." Students about to start job hunting received real information about the industry and career strategies to help them realize their dreams.

The speaker was Shuichi Sato, Director of Shouten
Director Sato has been involved in management in the food industry both in Japan and overseas, and currently serves as a director of Tomizawa Shouten . Drawing on his experience gained on the global stage, he spoke passionately from a management perspective about the appeal of the industry and the mindset required to work, with a focus on the messages "What is a career?" and "Salary is not the only reward."
