In October 2025, TomizawaShoutenheld a career seminar at Yokohama Sweets & Cafe College for students aspiring to work in the confectionery and baking industry.
The theme was "Today's choices shape tomorrow's abilities." The seminar provided students preparing for job hunting with realistic industry information and career strategies to help them achieve their dreams.
The speaker wasShouten Shuichi Sato, Director of
Director Sato has managed food industry companies both in Japan and abroad, and currently serves as a director of TomizawaShouten. Based on his experience cultivated on the global stage, he passionately spoke from a management perspective about the appeal of the industry and the mindset needed to work in it, focusing on messages such as "What is a career?" and "Salary is not the only reward."

Rather than simply providing information, we delivered messages that supported the future of each and every student.
